MONICA

Monica is a partner at Crossbridge Consulting, LLC, a firm providing human capital consulting and executive coaching and recruiting services to strategic client partners. She is also the founder of Crossbridge Coaching, LLC, a coaching, counseling firm providing resources for personal peace and professional potential. She also coaches for True Stories Ministries, a ministry dedicated to restoring lives and redeeming stories, and PurposeCast, a niche firm addressing the pursuit of purpose through emotional intelligence training. 

Monica is the former Founder and CEO of The Child of Divorce, a nonprofit dedicated to giving children of divorce a voice. Her first book A Heart with Two Homes was published in 2008, while her sequel book Bounce debuted in 2011.

Contributing author projects include: Just Family, a national curriculum for blended families; Breakway, a national curriculum for families experiencing divorce; ReStart, a national curriculum for single parents; and Change Agent Journal Program, a local program for teens experiencing change.

Monica earned her Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern State University in Tahlequah, Okla., and her Master of Arts in Counseling from Liberty University in Lynchburg, Va. She is also a member of the American Association of Christian Counselors.

Audiences Monica has addressed include universities, rotary clubs, city chambers, school counselors, corporations, and support groups. She is also an adoring mom to her daughter, Eden, and resides in the Tulsa area.
